General: The voucher will be sent by email only (to the email registered for the re:Skill account). No physical voucher will be sent. Validity and expiry date of the gift voucher will be mentioned in the email. Vouchers once delivered to the customer cannot be cancelled/ exchanged/ returned. Voucher validity will not be extended.

re:Skill is not responsible for the vouchers that are left unused / unredeemed, or get expired. re:Skill is not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Vouchers can be resent to the customer’s registered email id registered with the re:Skill account. For any change in the email ID, please contact the support@awsreskill.com.

Govt. ID Proof: The user requesting reward redemption may be asked to submit a valid Govt. ID proof; in case of failure to provide an ID proof or mismatch in the ID proof & the user profile details, the account may be suspended or even deactivated. This measure is to avoid users creating multiple/fake accounts for the purpose of reward redemptions - request your support in this regard since it is a community initiative.

Fraud: re:Skill will have the right to close customer accounts and disable the Voucher if were found to be fraudulently obtained / redeemed from re:Skill.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and CodeOps agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru. You agree to indemnify CodeOps for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: NEITHER CODEOPS NOR AWS RESKILL MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A VOUCHER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH VOUCHER.
