PARTIES

Please keep in mind that any outstanding fees will still be due even after termination of Your account. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, or upon their failure to agree on an arbitrator, by the appropriate Court. The seat of such arbitration shall be Bangalore, India.

SEVERABILITY
